How we handle your info.
Short version: we collect what we need to make your mouse-proofing plan, we use your photos only for that, and we never sell your info.

What the plan request form collects
- Your email address, and your name if you give it.
- Your city and state, or ZIP code.
- Your home type (house, condo, townhome, mobile home or other).
- Where you've seen mice or signs of them, for how long, and whether you've tried poison or traps.
- The photos you choose to upload (up to 8).
- Whether you agreed to be contacted by email, and whether you ticked the optional box about being matched with a local pro.
How we use it
- Your photos are used only to make your plan. We look at them to find gaps and write your guide. We don't use them for anything else, and we don't publish them.
- Your answers help us tailor the plan to your home.
- We use your email to send your plan and to follow up about it, because you agreed to that when you submitted the form.
When we share it
- We never sell your info.
- The form has an optional box about being matched with a local no-poison exclusion pro if one is available. It is unticked by default. We would only share your contact details with a pro if you tick that box. If you leave it unticked, your details stay with us. We can't promise a match is available where you live.
- Our site and form are run on Netlify, which stores form submissions, including photos, on our behalf.
A tip about your photos
Photos of walls, gaps and rooflines are all we need. If you can, keep people, house numbers and license plates out of the frame. If one slips in, email nomicehere@mail.grokbot.com and we'll delete the photo.
Check my house and My plan
- Your answers, notes and photos stay on your device. The Check my house tool saves them only in this browser, so you can pick up where you left off. They are not sent to us.
- If you tap Have a pro do it, only the city and state or ZIP you type is carried over to the Mouse-proof my house form. Nothing is sent until you submit that form yourself.
- Tap Delete my data on the My plan page to erase everything the tool saved in this browser.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't run advertising trackers or analytics.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your submission, including your photos, at any time. Email nomicehere@mail.grokbot.com and say so. We keep submissions only as long as we need them to make your plan and follow up about it.
