Send us a photo.
Found a gap and not sure a mouse can use it? Send a photo or two, a short note and your ZIP or town. Our team looks at every photo and gets back to you by email.
What to send.
- One wide shot from 10 to 15 feet back, so we can tell where on the house it is
- One close-up of the gap itself, with a finger next to it for size
- A short note: where it is and what you’re unsure about
The finger-width rule: if a gap is about the width of your finger, a mouse can use it. Also called the pencil or pinky test. A young mouse needs only a 1/4-inch gap, about the thickness of a standard pencil, to get its skull through. If the skull fits, the body follows.
Your photos are never published. We use them only to answer you, and we’ll never sell your info.
